The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Any reference to a specific law, regulation, or jurisdiction refers to that law as it applies at the time the relevant event or dispute arises. xk33 reserves the right to add additional defined terms to these Terms without prior notice, provided such additions are consistent with the overall spirit of the agreement.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xk33. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

xk33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the xk33 platform, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting markets, use of bonuses and promotions, and any interaction with xk33 customer support. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions; where a conflict exists between these Terms and any additional product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for recreational purposes;
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party;
• The funds you use on the platform are obtained from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of features on xk33, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) xk33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, xk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

Account Verification: xk33 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a national identification card, passport, driver's licence, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. xk33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify xk33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xk33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your xk33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding queries relating to your account activity.

Deposits: xk33 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. xk33 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which xk33 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. xk33 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. xk33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where there is a discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal volumes. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering checks.

Prohibited Payment Methods: Players must not use payment methods registered to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting xk33 support is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated in bad faith, xk33 reserves the right to close the relevant account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.

xk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Players should review these requirements before accepting any bonus offer.

Bonus Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who are found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have their accounts closed and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

Seasonal Promotions: xk33 regularly runs promotions aligned with key events in the Bangladesh sporting calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and festive occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are offered at xk33's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

xk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Player Tools: All registered Players have access to the following self-management tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.

• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all xk33 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the xk33 platform:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others in doing so;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means;
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards xk33 staff or other Players;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or account restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any xk33 intellectual property without prior written consent.

xk33 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is detected or reasonably suspected, xk33 may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, and permanent account closure. The outcome of any internal investigation conducted by xk33 is final and binding.

All content on the xk33 platform — including but not limited to the xk33 brand name, logo, website design, colour schemes, typography, software code, database structures, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and multimedia assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of xk33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xk33 platform solely for personal recreational purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content in any medium;
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on any platform content;
• Using any xk33 brand element in any commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or code used within the platform;
• Scraping, indexing, or harvesting any data from the platform by automated means.

Third-party game content available on xk33 — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by xk33 under licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content may also constitute an infringement of the relevant game studio's intellectual property rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with xk33 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration. xk33's decisions on matters relating to account conduct, bonus eligibility, game outcomes, and payment disputes are final. Players agree to exhaust all internal dispute resolution options before seeking any external remedy.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, xk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. xk33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and xk33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
